IGMC Shimla Ragging Incident: 2 MBBS Students Suspended for 3 Months and Fined ₹50,000 Each
Two second-year MBBS students at IGMC Shimla have been suspended following a complaint of ragging. The incident occurred when the seniors reportedly summoned junior (first-year) students to their hostel rooms late at night on December 13.
This action violated the college’s strict hostel norms, which prohibit seniors from calling juniors to their rooms and restrict unauthorized entry of freshers into senior blocks.
