NEET MDS 2026 Application Form Out: Check Eligibility and Important Dates

Starting March 14, eligible candidates can register for the nationwide computer-based test through the official portal (natboard.edu.in). This single entrance exam is the mandatory gateway for admission into postgraduate dental courses (MDS) across all government, private, and deemed universities in India, as well as Armed Forces Medical Services institutions.

To be eligible for NEET MDS 2026, candidates must possess a recognized BDS degree and be registered with the State Dental Council. Crucially, NBEMS has explicitly stated that the cut-off date for completing the mandatory 12-month Compulsory Rotatory Internship is May 31, 2026.

Application Fees & Process

• General, OBC, and EWS candidates: ₹3,500

• SC, ST, and PwD candidates: ₹2,500

Candidates are strongly advised to fill out their applications well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical glitches on the server. Furthermore, NBEMS has urged students to carefully verify their details, as the final correction window will only allow rectifications for specific images (like photographs, signatures, and thumb impressions).
