The wait is officially over for thousands of foreign medical graduates. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has formally released the Information Bulletin and activated the online registration link for the FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) June 2026 session.
The Official Timeline
The NBEMS officially opened the application window on its portal (natboard.edu.in). The screening test, which is mandatory for Indian citizens or OCIs holding foreign medical degrees to practice in India, is officially scheduled to be conducted on June 28, 2026, in a computer-based format (CBT) across various centers in the country.
Aspirants must adhere strictly to the following critical deadlines:
• Last Date to Apply: Registrations will officially conclude on May 11, 2026, at 11:55 PM.
• Standard Edit Window: An edit window to rectify specific demographic details will open from May 16 to May 18, 2026.
• Final Edit Window (Images Only): A final selective edit window, dedicated exclusively to correcting deficient or incorrect uploaded photographs, signatures, and thumb impressions, will be active from May 21 to June 10, 2026.
• Admit Card Release: June 24, 2026.
• Exam date: June 28, 2026

Strict Image Guidelines and Eligibility
